There is agroforestry as a method to contribute to problem solving to efforts of sustainable management of forest.
With agroforestry,
At least one kind of woody crops (including timber species, fruit trees, scents, vines, palms, etc.)
It is an agricultural method to cultivate it in combination with herbaceous crops, livestock, cultured fish.
Depending on the degree of growth of woody plants and perennial plants, annual crops and animals are cultivated and bred for a short period of time or for many years,
It is regarded as a system that efficiently utilizes and produces land while always possessing plant resources.

By balancing the improvement of productivity along with sustainable management of natural resource base,
Expansion of multifunctionality of agricultural landscape, especially water and soil health, carbon storage and biodiversity,
It is expected to maintain supply of ecosystem services in agricultural landscape.
In recent years, it has also been used for tourism measures such as ecotourism and green tourism, and this method is attracting attention.
